At AfterCollege I redesigned the job details webpage which lead to view and apply conversion rates rising from 8.8% to 11.5% creating a 31% increase in page productivity.

AfterCollege is an advanced jobsite that shows college students and recent grads jobs based on their education, they needed their job details page to reflect that. I refocused the page to draw attention to the job description instead of the job title because we found in previous studies that students/recent grads find the description of the job more important than the title. I also created a sidebar with quick stats about the job so that users can gain a better understanding of how jobs are categorized.
