Analyzed and restructured the job application process for AfterCollege while constrained to a pop-up user flow, which led to an increase in application rates from 11.5% to 14.75% (+28%).
After restructuring the job application process I took on their web scholarship application process, I followed the same constraints however I was given more freedom with altering the copy and creating new windows. I was able to create an increase in application rates from 44% to 66% (+55%) by making the changes highlighted below.
